Due to the intimate nature of shapewear products:

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on worn, washed, damaged, or altered items.

Eligible Returns

You may request a return if:

The item arrives damaged
You receive the wrong product
Your item is defective upon arrival

Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Refund Approval

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
